Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the UK the same day or the very next day Monday – Saturday via Royal mail.
UK delivery services:

- Royal mail Tracked 48
- Royal mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm – available at an extra cost and must be arranged via WhatsApp +447743049502
- Local collection available 7 days a week in Stamford (Lincolnshire) , subject to availability. Please contact us by email / WhatsApp message to arrange collection.
Most deliveries sent to UK Mainland arrive within 1 to 5 working days using standard Royal Mail 1st Class, however sometimes delays can occur in times of bank holidays, adverse weather, industrial action, pandemic or peak trading times such as Christmas.
International delivery services:
- International tracked
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days;
Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days
The customer is responsible for any additional charges for international shipments (for example, Value-added Tax [VAT], customs charges, or other charges).
Returns
If for any reason you are not pleased with the product/s you have received, then return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please make sure the item is returned to us in the same condition you have received it. We require written confirmation by e-mail to: sales@magbikes.co.uk before returning the item/s.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
